June 2010,
Dear Bill,
A heartfelt note of appreciation of behalf of all the managers of Christian Art for the management training session that you presented. Thanks for the vibrant way in which you shared your wealth of wisdom and experience as communicator and leader with us. It was truly an inspiring and enriching day.
You managed to captivate everyone’s attention with your personal yet professional style. We were refreshed by your views on visionary leadership and the importance of maintaining a balanced joyful life by keeping your dream alive; “God calls us to be, not only to do” …. Food for thought!
Some of the gems from the training session that were singled out in attendees’ feedback:
Defining one’s personal and professional goals and dreams was a great way of getting us all engaged.
Listing unique strengths is important because it also leads to introspection.
The importance of measureable priorities can never be under-estimated.
“Nothing energizes like a dream” – a liberating thought!
“Nothing clarifies like measurability” is a key principle that determines effective management.
TIME management: ME in Time … You cannot manage time, you manage yourself in time.
Nothing is meaningful without context.
PEOPLE determine the capacity of the company to accomplish its mission.
We are what we hire.
Feedback is the breakfast of champions.
We all left with a renewed sense of the responsibility we have as managers; blessed by your spiritual insights, and refreshed by your practical management principles!
May the Lord bless you and everything you do to equip and empower leaders in His Kingdom, and may He always be glorified through your work!
Kind Regards,
